Building future pathways, not just partnerships.
Most fibre-to-fibre recycled content used in textiles today originates from post-industrial waste streams.
The next opportunity is different.
Creating circular materials from UK-generated post-consumer textiles takes new relationships across recovery, sorting, recycling, yarn production and global manufacturing.
That’s why we’ve signed a co-development agreement with Usha Yarns.
This isn’t simply about supplying feedstock for recycling.
It’s about developing pathways through which UK-generated post-consumer textiles become future circular materials for global textile value chains.
Combining what is commercially viable today with the innovation needed to develop the material solutions of tomorrow, Usha is investing in a new recycling facility that will handle pre- and post-consumer fibres for introduction into ring spun yarns.
Because circular textile value chains require more than infrastructure.
Together we’re building the pathways through which UK-generated post-consumer textiles become the circular materials of tomorrow.
